By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA and for the people who work here.\nNTT DATA, Inc. is currently seeking an HR Operations & Admin Senior Analyst to join our team in Gurugram.\nRole Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced HR Operations & Admin Senior Analyst with 7-8 years of relevant experience to support global Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes within a Global HR Shared Services environment.\nThe ideal candidate will:\nDeliver advanced HR operational support across the global employee lifecycle within a Shared Services environment, with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and service quality.\nServe as a subject matter expert (SME) for Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes, supporting process adherence, data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.\nCollaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), Payroll, Benefits, Talent teams, and business stakeholders across multiple geographies to resolve operational issues and support consistent HR service delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute and coordinate complex HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with agreed service standards.\nServe as an escalation point for complex employee and manager HR inquiries, coordinating with relevant HR teams and stakeholders to drive resolution.\nCoordinate with regional HR teams to ensure adherence to global HR policies, local requirements, and agreed operational processes.\nConduct root-cause analysis of recurring operational issues and support implementation of appropriate corrective and preventive actions.\nMaintain and validate employee data across enterprise HR platforms, HR case management systems, and related workflow tools, with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.\nPerform complex data audits, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrections with relevant stakeholders.\nSupport HR system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation activities, and process automation initiatives.\nSupport internal and external audits by preparing required reports, evidence, and operational documentation.\nPrepare and analyze HR operational metrics, dashboards, and performance reports to support service reviews and decision-making.\nParticipate in HR transformation, process standardization, continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives.\nSupport governance reviews and operational meetings with global stakeholders, providing relevant data, updates, and follow-up actions.\nMaintain and update SOPs, process documentation, knowledge articles, and operational guidance to support consistent service delivery.\nProvide guidance, knowledge transfer, mentoring, and coaching to junior analysts, as appropriate.\nSkills and Experience\nWe are seeking candidates with 7-8 years of relevant experience and strong hands-on expertise in Global HR Shared Services processes. The ideal candidate should possess:\nStrong working knowledge of Hire-to-Retire (H2R) employee lifecycle processes, HR policies, practices, and administrative guidelines.\nProven experience in a Global HR Shared Services or HR Operations environment.\nExperience working with enterprise HR platforms, HR case management systems, workflow tools, and employee data management processes.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multiple levels of the organization.\nExperience in HR master data management, employee record maintenance, data validation, and operational reporting.\nStrong project, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to data accuracy.\nExperience supporting global stakeholders across multiple regions, functions, and time zones.\nAbility to work independently, take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and guide junior team members in a collaborative environment.\nPreferred Qualifications and Experience\nGraduate qualification in any discipline from a recognized university;
