Working closely with our Head of Accounting, you will be part of a team of 4 accounting professionals and a wider Finance department of approximately 10 colleagues.\nThis internship is a great opportunity to turn your academic knowledge into practical experience in an international business environment. You will contribute to day-to-day accounting activities, support audit-related processes, and help improve reporting through tools such as Excel and Power BI.\nWe are looking for a curious, detail-oriented student who is eager to learn, take ownership of tasks and develop their finance skills in a collaborative environment.\nWhat you will do\nDuring your internship, you will be involved in a variety of accounting, finance and reporting activities, including:\nSupporting the Accounting team with daily operational and administrative tasks\nAssisting with the preparation of audit documentation, reconciliations and supporting schedules\nHelping to collect, review and organise financial data for internal and external audit purposes\nIdentifying discrepancies or data-quality issues and supporting their investigation and resolution\nAssisting with monthly reporting activities and financial analysis\nCreating, maintaining and improving Excel files, trackers and reporting templates\nSupporting the development of dashboards and data visualisations in Power BI\nReviewing system data and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency\nPreparing presentations, reports and research materials for the Finance team\nCoordinating meetings, taking notes and maintaining accurate records and documentation\nParticipating in improvement initiatives to make finance processes more efficient and reliable\nCollaborating with internal stakeholders and responding to straightforward finance-related queries\n\nWhat we are looking for\nYou are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. You are motivated to gain hands-on experience in a professional finance environment and are comfortable working with data.\nYou ideally bring:\nA strong interest in accounting, finance, audit and reporting\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a strong advantage\nAn analytical mindset and an ability to work accurately with figures and data\nExcellent attention to detail and a structured way of working\nGood organisational and time-management skills\nA proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn\nThe ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nA professional, reliable and service-oriented approach\n\nPrevious work experience in finance, accounting or audit is welcome but not required.
