The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to translate business needs into actionable requirements that drive mission success.\nJob Duties:\nCollaborate with federal agency stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.\nConduct business process analysis, workflow assessments, and gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities.\nDevelop and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements specifications (FRS), user stories, and process maps.\nFacilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions.\nTranslate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams and system developers.\nSupport Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing (UAT).\nAnalyze data and business metrics to support operational and strategic decision-making.\nAssist in the development of reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership and project stakeholders.\nParticipate in change management, training, and implementation activities for new systems and processes.\nEnsure project deliverables comply with federal regulations, agency policies, and security requirements.\nCollaborate with QA teams to validate system functionality against business requirements.\nLeverage AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Jira/Confluence AI, and Power Automate to support requirements gathering, user story creation, process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communications while validating AI-generated outputs for accuracy and business alignment.\nBasic Qualifications:\nMinimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT, digital transformation, or business process improvement initiatives.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Public Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.\nExperience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).\nExperience with requirements management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.\nHands-on experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Jira AI, Confluence AI, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate to support business analysis activities, automate repetitive tasks, and improve productivity.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders.\nExperience supporting Federal Government agencies.\nKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nCertification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).\nExperience with process modeling tools and techniques ( Visio, Lucidchart).\nFamiliarity with federal compliance frameworks, including NIST, FISMA, and FedRAMP.\nExperience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.\nNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $96,492 - $144,738. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
