If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a IT Delivery Director to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).\nJob Summary:\nThe Delivery Director for this engagement will be the NTT Data lead on this account and will be responsible for all aspects of the engagement. This person should be comfortable managing over 120 FTEs with an annual budget of approximately $100 million, engaging regularly with staff and sub-contractors, interfacing with client executives, leading the technical direction, and identifying and mitigating any risk. This role will interface with the highest-level IT executives in this US Federal Civilian agency and will be responsible for attaining the success of the engagement both in client satisfaction and meeting or exceeding NTT Data financial goals.\nJob Duties:\nManages all aspects of this high-visibility, high-value, complex, mission critical program to include the strategic information technology network, applications, and systems, all of which involve multiple projects, tasks and groups of personnel-working at multiple locations on a 24/7 basis.\nUtilizes proven leadership skills to organize, direct, and ensure deployment of resources with broad technical, business, and industry expertise and skills across all program operations.\nOversees the program’s budget, schedules and all aspect of financial management.\nManages program funds, personnel, production standards, and resources (equipment and facilities)\nEnsures quality and timely delivery of all contractual items.\nServes as focal point of contract with client regarding all program activities.\nInterfaces with agency and contract operations management, stakeholders, OCIO on regular basis.\nDevelops an evaluation methodology to assess program strengths and identify areas of improvement.\nEnsures goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance.\nConducts meetings with Government Stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or engineering.\nMinimum 15 years' experience managing Federal IT IDIQ programs.\nMinimum 12 years' experience managing a large government data center with security, networking, back-up/recovery responsibilities.\nMinimum 5 years' experience managing the transition from On-Prem to Cloud/Cloud Hybrid.\nCertified Project Manager (PMP).\nITIL V4 Certified.\nMust be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in successfully leading agile-based DevSecOps software development.\nExperience in migrating legacy and other applications to the cloud/cloud hybrid.\nKnowledgeable in data center operations, management, and disaster recovery.\nExperience in delivering and managing all facets of agency wide network operations, new and legacy software O&M, cybersecurity, SOC management, Service desk, field services support, unified communications and telecommunications operations, stakeholder management, systems/ networks/applications modernization, cloud utilization, data center services.\nNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $148,088 - $246,812. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
