By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA and for the people who work here.\nNTT DATA is currently looking for an IT Support Analyst (f/m/d) onsite in Sierre for our growing team in Switzerland.\nOverview\nThe IT Support Analyst (f/m/d) - onsite in Sierre is responsible for on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. They serve as company liaison with our customer on administrative and technical matters. This role combines good level technical skills with an emphasis on the delivery of a high level of customer service. This customer-facing role will interact with, and take direction from Field Tech Services leadership and the customer to provide first class customer support and technical troubleshooting expertise.\nRole responsibilities\nReview, troubleshoot and approve operational quality desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.\nInstall, maintain and optimise desktop /notebook configurations at customer sites.\nDiagnose and resolve product performance problems.\nPerform maintenance and repair services.\nEnsure customer satisfaction by advising the customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.\nInstruct users in the operation and maintenance of the system.\nKey Skills\nDeep knowledge of imaging and troubleshooting Windows Desktops/Laptops, primarily Windows 10 and Office 365\nExperience troubleshooting Windows in an Enterprise environment is a must.\nUnderstanding of PC Reimaging processes and procedures, and experience with annual refresh programs.\nExcellent customer service skills\nStrong professional, interpersonal, communication and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work well within a team environment\nMust be fluent in French & English, both spoken and written\nWilling to work On Call.\nDesirable Skills\nExperience with ServiceNow ticketing system preferred.\nExperience with SCCM Imaging and MDT preferred.\nBenefits\nOur people are the most critical component of our long-term success and their health and wellbeing are our priority.
