Dazu gehören: Störungsbehebung, Desk Side Support, IMACs, usw. Zu den Aufgaben gehören die Durchführung mittelschwerer bis komplizierter Konfigurationen und Reparaturen von Desktop-/Notebook-Computern sowie die leichte bis mittelschwere Fehlerbehebung bei technischen/Softwareproblemen auf Desktop-/Notebook-Computern.\nAufgaben:\nVerantwortlich für die Onsite- und remote-Installation, Implementierung, Wartung, Fehlerbehebung und / oder Reparatur von Desktops, Notebooks, Druckern und zugehörigen Peripheriegeräten vor Ort und / oder per Fernzugriff\nBindeglied zwischen NTT DATA und dem Kunden sowie direkter Ansprechpartner des Kunden in administrativen und technischen Fragen\nReview, Troubleshooting und Genehmigung von Desktops, Notebooks, Druckern und zugehörigen Peripheriegeräten in Betriebsqualität\nInstallierung, Wartung und Optimierung von Desktop- / Notebook-Konfigurationen beim Kunden\nDiagnostizieren und beheben von Produktperformance-Problemen\nDurchführung von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten\nGewährleistung der Kundenzufriedenheit, indem Kunden über vorbeugende Wartung und Konfigurationen informiert werden, die sich auf die Produktperformance auswirken können\nEinweisung des Kunden in den Betrieb und die Wartung des Systems\nKey Skills:\nProfunde Erfahrung in Field Services & Desktop Support Services\nProfundes Windows-Know-how\nTroubleshooting von Desktops/Notebooks & Druckern\nHohes Maß an Integrität und Verlässlichkeit\nSehr gute Deutsch- und mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift\nOn call\nOn Call im Wechsel mit anderen Kolleg*innen.\nBenefits\nOur people are the most critical component of our long-term success and their health and wellbeing are our priority.
