The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence across data centre and enterprise environments.This role requires strong technical knowledge across servers, virtualization, networking, operating systems, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving infrastructure improvement initiatives.\nWhat we are looking for\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and operating systems.\nAdminister Windows Server and Linux environments.\nSupport virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix.\nMonitor system performance, capacity, availability, and security.\nPerform system upgrades, patch management, and vulnerability remediation activities.\nSupport Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and identity management solutions.\nManage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.\nSupport network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.\nTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.\nWork closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security standards and policies.\nParticipate in infrastructure projects, system migrations, data centre deployments, and technology refresh initiatives.\nMaintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and system configurations.\nCollaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.\nRequired Skills and Experience :\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.\nMinimum 5-8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or IT Operations.\nStrong knowledge of:\nWindows Server administration\nActive Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy\nVMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms\nEnterprise storage and backup solutions\nNetwork technologies (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching)\nFirewall technologies such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco\nMicrosoft 365 and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)\nExperience with vulnerability management and cybersecurity best practices.\nGood understanding of ITIL processes and service management principles.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:\nMicrosoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)\nVMware Certified Professional (VCP)\nCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)\nPalo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA)\nITIL Foundation Certification\nMicrosoft Azure Administrator Associate\nWho we are\nAs the third largest data center provider, we operate over 150 data centers in more than 20 countries and regions.
