How You Will Fulfill Your Potential\nManage education, awareness, and adoption of Engineering Resiliency, Disaster Recovery, and Cyber Recovery programs across Engineering divisions and Business Units.\nEngage business units and application teams to review, improve, and validate resiliency and recovery plans.\nPartner with technology business leaders to ensure critical applications are recoverable, recovery dependencies are understood, and recovery capabilities are tested regularly.\nLead and coordinate infrastructure and application Disaster Recovery testing, Cyber Recovery testing, Data Center failover events, and building power-down events.\nDefine test scope including shared service dependencies, upstream and downstream application dependencies, infrastructure dependencies, order of recovery, and critical recovery milestones.\nWork with application owners to adopt mandated controls and improve recovery procedures in line with resiliency and recovery requirements.\nSupport Cyber Recovery testing by helping teams validate their ability to recover during cyberattack scenarios and execute recovery procedures.\nCoordinate and manage regulatory resiliency recovery tests, including:\no SIFMA industry-wide exercises\no SPOOR-related tests\no MAS-guided resiliency events\nMaintain test documentation and evidence in accordance with governance, internal audit, risk, and regulatory expectations.\nLiaise with internal and external teams to schedule test activities, monitor progress, document outcomes, and provide evidence supporting audit and risk management requirements.\nPartner with Operational Risk Management, Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Technology stakeholders to ensure resiliency activities align with firm strategy and application requirements.\nConduct and coordinate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) reviews to understand workflows, recovery needs, dependencies, workarounds, and recovery alternatives during outage or cyber recovery scenarios.\nAct as a trusted advisor to business divisions and application teams on:\no Business resiliency\no Cyber recovery readiness\no Recovery simulations\no Testing approaches\no Risk mitigation strategies\nSupport governance forums, resiliency committees, risk committees, threat awareness activities, assurance reviews, and planning discussions.\nDrive process improvements by identifying gaps in procedures, testing execution, control adoption, recovery documentation, and evidence management.\nIdentify opportunities for automation and tooling to improve recovery planning and reduce manual effort.\nOversee execution plans, readiness checks, business recovery validation, and management of resiliency-related escalations.\n________________________________________\nV. Skills & Experience We're Looking For\nA.
