Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nThe Associate Networking Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist is an entry level subject matter expert, responsible for learning the skills to work closely with the TS Systems Integration team to action configurations, installations and attend to break/fix events that are deemed less complex in nature.\nThis role works towards associate level certification, whilst at the same time developing business knowledge to action configurations, installations and attend to break/fix events that are deemed less complex in nature.\nKey responsibilities:\nLearns the ability to start 'owning' portions of an installation, break/fix incidents, and problem management during project lifecycle.\nFunctions jointly with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.\nAction less complex configurations and installations.\nAttend to less complex break/fix events during project lifecycle.\nProvides support and work alongside with Senior Associate/L2 and other senior support engineers.\nPerforms any other related task as required.\nKnowledge, Skills and Attributes:\nBasic understanding and appreciation of technical design principles.\nAbility to develop an understanding of fundamental project and administration processes.\nDisplays a strong learning orientation.\nGood verbal communication skills.\nDemonstrate a client service orientation.\nHands-on proactive in approach.\nThe ability to work overtime when required.\nSome exposure to deployments for less complex tasks.\nAcademic Qualification and certifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.\nAssociate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.\nRequired experience:\nSome work experience in technical implementation engineering, specific to Networking technologies.\nSome experience in Networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers.\nSome experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting.\nWorkplace type:\nHybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
