Serve as point of escalation for support issues.\nManage the day to day operations of the teams and ensures SLOS and customer service levels are met.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.\nManage escalations and incidents - directing the team and updating stakeholders.
