This role is critical to maintaining and evolving our enterprise identity infrastructure, with a focus on Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, and ADFS. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to support enterprise-wide authentication and directory services.\nKey Responsibilities\nActive Directory Administration: Oversee AD Domain Controllers, manage AD Group Policies, and maintain AD Enterprise Admin roles.\nActive Directory Domain Controller Builds: Coordinate Domain Controller replacement project to replace 1,300+ Domain controllers in the environment.\nInfrastructure Projects: Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives such as Active Directory rightsizing, CyberArk PAM integrations, and GPO modifications.\nAudit & Compliance Support: Act as a point of contact for SOX audits and ensure compliance with internal and external security standards.\nCollaboration: Work closely with Infrastructure Architects, Principal Architects, and other Systems Programmers to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions.\nSupport: On-Call support that you will rotate on a weekly basis with other team members.\nBasic Qualifications\nMinimum 7+ years of experience in systems programming or enterprise identity management.\nExpertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, LDAP, and ADFS.\nExperience with enterprise-grade authentication platforms such as CyberArk and Entra ID.\nStrong understanding of Windows Server environments and domain controller configurations.\nProven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members.\nFamiliarity with audit processes and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX).\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with automation tools and scripting for identity lifecycle management.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, and integration with IAM platforms.\nPrior experience in a lead or managerial role within a large enterprise IT environment.\n4 year degree in computer science or engineering\nSC-300 Identity and Access Administrator Associate, AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals, AZ-800 Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate\nTeam Environment\nYou’ll be joining a high-performing team that includes Principal Architects, Infrastructure Architects, and Senior Systems Programmers\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
