The ideal candidate will lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and production-grade AI solutions that address complex business problems. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, hands-on architecture skills, and regulatory considerations.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI & GenAI Architecture\nDefine end-to-endAgentic, AI/ML and Generative AI solution architectures aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards\nDesign and implement agentic AI use cases such as underwriting assistance, claims automation, document intelligence, customer engagement, fraud detection, and agent productivity\nArchitect LLM-based solutions including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering strategies, fine-tuning approaches, and orchestration frameworks\nEvaluate and recommend LLMs, embedding models, vector databases, and GenAI platforms (open-source and commercial)\nAdvanced Analytics & Machine Learning\nDesign scalable ML solutions for predictive analytics, risk modeling, pricing, churn prediction, fraud detection, and customer segmentation\nOversee feature engineering, model lifecycle management, MLOps pipelines, and model monitoring strategies\nEnsure solutions meet performance, explainability, fairness, and regulatory requirements\nPlatform, Cloud & Engineering\nArchitect AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using native AI/ML services where appropriate\nDefine data architectures integrating structured and unstructured data\nGuide engineering teams on scalable APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and secure deployments\nEstablish best practices for AI governance, security, and responsible AI\nLeadership & Collaboration\nAct as a technical thought leader for AI engagements\nMentor data scientists, ML engineers, and solution architects\nSupport pre-sales, solutioning, and client workshops with technical credibility\nStay current with emerging AI, GenAI, and insurance technology trends\nRequired Skills & Experience\nTechnical Skills\nStrong experience designing GenAI solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, etc.)\nHands-on expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, deep learning, and statistical modeling\nExperience with RAG architectures, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)\nProficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)\nExperience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines\nCloud experience: AWS / Azure / GCP (certifications preferred)\nArchitecture & Soft Skills\nProven experience as a Solution Architect / AI Architect in enterprise environments\nStrong stakeholder communication and documentation skills\nAbility to bridge business, data science, and engineering teams\nStrategic thinking with hands-on execution mindset\nPreferred Qualifications\nAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
