The role sits at the intersection of regional leadership, local country teams, and sales, ensuring priorities are aligned, execution is followed through, and nothing critical falls through the cracks.\nYou will work closely with senior regional stakeholders and country marketing managers, helping orchestrate plans, budgets, lead follow up, executive engagements, and cross country activities. Think of this role as a marketing operations and coordination partner rather than a campaign creator.\nThis is a newly created role, offering strong visibility, regional exposure, and the opportunity to shape how marketing coordination is done across the region.\nWhat you’ll be responsible for\nRegional coordination & alignment\nCoordinate marketing activities across multiple Central & Eastern European countries.\nAct as a key link between regional marketing leadership, local country marketing teams, and sales stakeholders.\nEnsure regional priorities are clearly communicated, understood, and implemented locally.\nPlanning, follow-up & execution support\nSupport country teams in preparing and aligning country marketing plans.\nTrack and follow up on marketing budgets, forecasts, and timelines.\nEnsure leads generated by global and regional campaigns are properly followed up with sales.\nMonitor execution progress and proactively flag risks, delays, or misalignment.\nLeadership & executive support\nSupport regional leadership with executive and leadership visits (e.g. agendas, materials, coordination, logistics).\nAssist with preparation of presentations, decks, and regional communications.\nHelp organize all-hands meetings and cross-country touchpoints.\nTools & operational oversight\nWork with systems such as Salesforce ( must have experience ) and reporting dashboards to track leads and performance.\nBring structure to multiple parallel initiatives and competing priorities.\nCoordinate information flow and ensure decisions are documented and followed up.\nWhat this role is not\nThis is not a graphic design or creative marketing role.\nThis is not a pure demand-generation or campaign-execution position.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, structure, and working across people and topics, rather than hands-on creative production.\nWhat we’re looking for\nExperience & mindset\nExperience in marketing, ABM, marketing operations, business operations, or a similar coordination-focused role.\nComfortable working with senior stakeholders and executives.\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage many topics in parallel without feeling overwhelmed.\nConfident following up, challenging constructively, and keeping things moving.\nA generalist mindset - curious, adaptable, and pragmatic rather than niche-specialized.\nPersonal qualities\nCalm under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity.\nDiplomatic, but not afraid to be direct when needed.\nDetail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.\nEnjoys supporting others and making complex environments run smoothly.\nContract & location\nContractor role with secured budget, with strong intent to renew.\nThis is a new position with room to grow and evolve.\nRemote-friendly across Central / Eastern Europe.\nWill require occasional travel to countries in the region (not on a daily basis).\nWhy join us\nExposure to a regional leadership team and senior stakeholders.\nA mature, collaborative working environment with realistic expectations.\nOpportunity to shape a brand-new role and make real impact across multiple countries.\nHigh visibility and trust from leadership.\nWorkplace type:\nRemote WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
