If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a .NET Developer to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).\nIn this role, you will\nProvide Level 2 and Level 3 support for business-critical enterprise applications.\nMonitor application availability, performance, errors, and system health using Splunk, Grafana, and other monitoring tools.\nInvestigate production incidents by analyzing application logs, dashboards, alerts, database records, and system dependencies.\nPerform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for application, integration, performance, and data-related issues.\nWrite and optimize SQL queries to investigate data issues, validate application behavior, and support incident resolution.\nAnalyze .NET application code to identify defects and implement minor enhancements, bug fixes, and support-related changes.\nDevelop and maintain PowerShell scripts for operational automation, health checks, deployments, log collection, and repetitive support activities.\nSupport REST APIs, backend services, scheduled jobs, and integrations with upstream and downstream systems.\nRespond to application alerts and service requests within agreed service-level expectations.\nCollaborate with development, infrastructure, database, security, QA, and business teams to resolve incidents.\nSupport application deployments, release validation, configuration changes, and post-production verification.\nCreate and maintain support documentation, troubleshooting guides, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.\nIdentify recurring incidents and recommend improvements to application reliability, monitoring, performance, and supportability.\nParticipate in incident reviews, problem management, change management, and root-cause analysis discussions.\nRequired Qualifications\n4-8 years of experience in application support, production support, or software engineering for enterprise applications.\nStrong hands-on experience with Splunk for log searches, incident investigation, dashboard analysis, and alert troubleshooting.\nExperience using Grafana or similar monitoring tools to analyze application health, availability, and performance.\nStrong SQL skills, including writing queries, analyzing data, troubleshooting data issues, and supporting production investigations.\nWorking experience with .NET Framework and/or .NET Core applications, with the ability to read, debug, and troubleshoot C# code.\nExperience troubleshooting REST APIs, backend services, scheduled processes, and system integrations.\nHands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for application support and operational automation.\nUnderstanding application logs, monitoring, alerting, incident management, and root-cause analysis.\nExperience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.\nFamiliarity with source control and deployment tools such as Git, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.\nExperience working within ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change-management processes.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience supporting applications hosted on Windows servers, cloud platforms, or containerized environments.\nFamiliarity with Tridion Sites or another enterprise content-management platform is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with Azure or AWS monitoring and operational services.\nBasic understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices-based applications.\nExperience creating operational dashboards, alerts, and application health checks.\nKnowledge of application security, performance troubleshooting, and enterprise integration patterns.\nExperience with Python or other scripting languages for support automation.\nExperience supporting applications in financial services or another highly regulated environment.\nExposure to Generative AI or AI-assisted support automation is a plus.\nJob Expectations\nAbility to independently investigate and resolve application and production-support issues while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.\nWillingness to work in shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM IST, based on business and application-support requirements.\nFlexibility to provide occasional on-call support outside scheduled working hours for critical production incidents, based on business needs.\nAbility to communicate incident status, business impact, technical findings, and resolution progress clearly.\nAbility to quickly understand existing applications, business processes, system dependencies, and support procedures.\nCommitment to following enterprise security, SDLC, incident-management, and change-management standards.\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
