Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will create technical specifications and develop detailed design documents that align with business objectives and compliance standards.\nYour day will include providing pre-sales technical support and helping to transition projects from presales to delivery. You will be integral in developing and managing proofs of concept (POCs), which involve setting up, delivering, and ensuring the successful completion of these initiatives.\nOn assigned engagements, you will own the proposed solutions, transitioning the build and implementation to delivery teams. Your responsibilities also include preparing executive summaries, documenting proposed technology solutions, and assisting in final client presentations, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nDesign enterprise network architectures covering WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, cloud environment and datacentre networking.\nAssist in the pre-sales process to ensure designs fulfil both customer requirements and operational efficiency goals.\nCreate and maintain design documentation for internal and external use.\nWork within project teams as a technical lead on solution design, deployment, and support transition.\nWork closely with remote delivery and operational teams within NTT.\nBe an ongoing technical design authority for larger customers after go-live (TDA)\nAct as a technical escalation point for major incidents.\nFulfil occasional out-of-hours responsibilities to support project delivery.\nConsult with new and existing customers to deliver value-added technical and professional services such as capacity planning, security audits, performance optimisation, customer premises deployments and migrations.\nMaintain technical competencies across a wide-ranging set of relevant technologies.\nEmploy soft skills to assist in creating a positive experience for the customer.\nWhat experience you'll bring:\nCurrent vendor certifications at a professional/expert level (e.g. CCNP / CCIE).\nA deep understanding of network protocols, topologies, security, routing, switching, wireless networks, and IP addressing.\nBroad product knowledge with an integrated understanding of technology.\nComfort owning, leading, and executing project deliverables, providing technical oversight and quality assurance to meet customer objectives and expectations.\nDemonstrable experience in producing high-quality design documentation, from architectural level through to detailed design.\nPossession of excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication, and organisational skills.\nStrong client engagement skills and solid technical consulting aptitude.\nEffective collaboration and communication skills, contributing to team success.\nA bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.\nWho we are:\nAt NTT DATA, you have endless opportunities to think big, act bold and take ownership.
