# Observability Architect

The team you'll be working with: You will lead the technical direction of an enterprise observability service, working as a trusted advisor alongside the client's architects. In the first phase you will guide a small pod maintaining and enhancing the current Dynatrace platform, while defining the target architecture for a new strategic platform with the client. From April 2027 you will lead the technical strategy and design of the new monitoring and observability platform, covering data retention and access design, ingest and telemetry pipeline architecture, instrumentation standards, alerting philosophy and event management design. You hold the design authority and the technical quality of everything built to it, and you guide the team's skills development.
