This role provides stakeholder engagement support, communications coordination, reporting and analytics, organizational readiness support, training coordination, executive and administrative support, and document management services that help organizations successfully prepare for, adopt, and sustain organizational change. The position works closely with program leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to coordinate activities, manage information, track progress, and support successful implementation outcomes. Experience may be gained in any industry; Medicaid, MMIS/MES, consulting, or formal OCM experience is not required.\nThe position is hybrid, with the possibility of up to 25% travel to the client location in Springfield, Illinois.\nKey Responsibilities \nSupport stakeholder identification, stakeholder engagement activities, and organizational impact assessments.\nAssist in developing and distributing project communications, stakeholder updates, presentations, FAQs, and leadership messaging.\nSupport organizational readiness assessments, surveys, interviews, feedback collection, and adoption measurement activities.\nCoordinate training schedules, participant communications, learning materials, attendance tracking, and workforce enablement efforts.\nSupport release readiness, go-live activities, adoption monitoring, stabilization efforts, and sustainment planning.\nCoordinate leadership calendars, meetings, workshops, stakeholder sessions, and program events.\nPrepare agendas, briefing materials, meeting minutes, action logs, and follow-up communications.\nMaintain leadership priority trackers, monitor deliverables, and proactively track outstanding action items and deadlines.\nSupport travel coordination, meeting logistics, executive correspondence, and preparation of leadership materials.\nCoordinate information sharing and collaboration across leadership teams, project teams, and external stakeholders.\nCollect, organize, validate, and analyze program information from multiple sources.\nDevelop dashboards, status reports, scorecards, executive summaries, and presentation materials.\nMonitor program metrics, identify trends, discrepancies, risks, and areas requiring leadership attention.\nMaintain reporting calendars and coordinate recurring reporting cycles and deliverable submissions.\nTranslate complex information into concise, executive-ready reports and presentations.\nSupport data collection, survey analysis, adoption reporting, and continuous improvement activities\nMaintain stakeholder lists, communication plans, engagement logs, and change management documentation.\nOrganize SharePoint repositories, document libraries, records, templates, and program artifacts.\nManage document version control, metadata, indexing, retention, and retrieval processes.\nMaintain program trackers, distribution lists, deliverable inventories, and workstream records.\nSupport lessons learned, knowledge management, archiving, and documentation governance activities.\nMinimum Qualifications :\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Organizational Development, Public Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or equivalent relevant work experience.\nMinimum three (3) years of experience supporting project coordination, executive administration, stakeholder engagement, communications, reporting, program support, business analysis, organizational change management, or related functions.\nMinimum two (2) years of experience collecting, organizing, validating, analyzing, and reporting information using spreadsheets, reporting tools, or dashboards.\nExperience coordinating meetings, workshops, stakeholder sessions, and project activities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive-level materials.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with minimal supervision.\nStrong analytical, organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information.\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.\nStrong Excel skills include formulas, lookup functions, filtering, charts, PivotTables, and data validation techniques.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting large-scale business transformation, technology modernization, or organizational change initiatives.\nExperience preparing executive briefings, leadership communications, dashboards, and performance reports.\nExperience supporting training programs, stakeholder engagement activities, surveys, and readiness assessments.\nExperience using SharePoint, Power BI, Power Query, or similar collaboration and reporting tools.\nExperience coordinating work across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.\nExperience supporting government, healthcare, Medicaid, human services, or public-sector programs is a plus but not required.\nWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $81,936 to $136,560. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
