The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building, enhancing, and supporting integrations between OnBase and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, .NET/C#, SQL, and workflow/document management solutions.\nThis role requires a solid understanding of OnBase architecture, document workflows, Unity/API integrations, and backend application development. The candidate should be comfortable working with business, QA, infrastructure, and support teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and support OnBase integrations with internal and external enterprise applications.\nBuild and maintain APIs/services for document upload, retrieval, indexing, workflow actions, and metadata exchange.\nDevelop solutions using OnBase Unity API, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and related integration tools.\nConfigure and customize OnBase workflows, document types, keywords, forms, and lifecycle processes.\nCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand document management and workflow requirements.\nIntegrate OnBase with systems such as ERP, CRM, core business platforms, and third-party applications.\nTroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide application support.\nWrite and optimize SQL queries/stored procedures for data validation, reporting, and backend integration needs.\nParticipate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and release support.\nEnsure security, scalability, and performance of OnBase-related integrations.\nMaintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and support guides.\nWork closely with DevOps/infrastructure teams for deployments and environment support.\nMandatory Skills\n8+ years in Hyland OnBase development/integration\nHyland OnBase certification\nStrong experience with OnBase API development using:\nUnity API\nOnBase Web Services\nREST/SOAP integrations\nHands-on experience in OnBase configuration:\nDocument Types\nKeywords\nWorkflows\nUser Groups/Roles\nForms / Unity Forms\nStrong programming experience in C#/.NET\nGood knowledge of SQL Server / Oracle and writing complex SQL queries\nExperience in building and consuming APIs and web services\nStrong understanding of document management systems (DMS), enterprise content management (ECM), and workflow solutions\nExperience with troubleshooting, debugging, and production support\nExperience with OnBase Workflow, Work View, Unity Forms, and DIP/Document Import Processor\nFamiliarity with support models including incident, problem, and change management\nExposure to document imaging, scanning, OCR, and records management\nStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skills\nGood to have Skills\nKnowledge of OnBase administration and environment management\nExperience integrating OnBase with other enterprise systems\nFamiliarity with Windows Services, IIS, batch jobs, and middleware integration\nExposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP\nExperience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines\nBasic understanding of authentication/security protocols such as OAuth2, SSO, LDAP, SAML\nExperience in performance tuning and optimization of OnBase solutions\nExperience in insurance, healthcare, banking, or financial services domains\nExperience with microservices architecture\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
