The candidate will act as a bridge between finance, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring that financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics processes are optimized\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design and architecture of OneStream solutions from Finance IT side, ensuring best practices are followed by vendor team.\nTranslate business needs into functional requirements technical design documentation, including requirements and RTM., user stories, process maps, solution designs, and acceptance criteria.\nDefine solution structure, including system integrations, data flows, and financial reporting.\nProvide design input for customized workflows, calculations, and financial models.\nSupport OneStream capabilities for financial close, consolidation, planning, forecasting, management reporting, and analytics\nOversee OneStream implementation, including configuration, testing, and deployment.\nLead data migration and integration with ERP and financial systems.\nServe as the primary Finance IT contact, providing expert guidance and support throughout the implementation.\nProvide training to user community on OneStream functionality and best practices.\nMentor cross-functional teams, offering architectural guidance to ensure successful application development.\nDevelop test plans/cases, coordinate UAT, and validate solutions meet business and control requirements\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n8-10 years of relevant EPM solution implementation experience with 3+ years OneStream experience\nExperience in building metadata, business rules, forms, designing cube views, workflow, performing data reconciliation, building custom rules and reports\nProficient in SQL, Excel, and scripting languages such as VB.net.\nExperience integrating ERP, CRM, and other financial systems.\nStrong understanding of financial services processes, including consolidation, planning, forecasting, and compliance.\nAbility to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and communicate clearly across functions\nCollaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with finance, IT, and business leaders\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field\nWork Environment\nHybrid or on-site depending on employer; will involve global collaboration.\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
