This position is primarily focused on Oracle Cloud Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR support, including break/fix activities, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and minor system enhancements.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, payroll teams, HR operations, and technical resources to ensure the stability and performance of Oracle Cloud HCM processes supporting both weekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an Oracle HCM professional who enjoys solving production issues, supporting critical payroll operations, and driving continuous improvement in an established Oracle Cloud environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the functional owner and subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR production support activities.\nProvide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Cloud HCM applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.\nAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues impacting payroll processing and HR operations.\nSupport weekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles by identifying and resolving system, configuration, and process-related issues.\nConduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.\nPerform impact assessments and support implementation of minor enhancements and configuration changes.\nCollaborate with payroll, HR, benefits, and IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues.\nParticipate in defect triage, prioritization, testing, and deployment activities.\nDocument solutions, support procedures, and knowledge articles to improve operational efficiency.\nMonitor support tickets and ensure adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs).\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend practical Oracle Cloud solutions.\nSupport quarterly Oracle Cloud updates by assessing impacts, validating functionality, and coordinating testing activities.\nProvide guidance and mentorship to junior support team members as needed.\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.\nStrong functional expertise in:Oracle Cloud Payroll (U.S. Payroll required)\nOracle Cloud Absence Management\nOracle Cloud Core HR (Global Human Resources)\n\n8 Experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM applications in a production support or AMS environment.\n8 Experience supporting payroll processes with weekly and semi-monthly payroll schedules.\nProven ability to troubleshoot complex payroll and HR system issues.\nStrong understanding of end-to-end HCM business processes and data flows.\n8 Experience performing configuration analysis and supporting minor functional enhancements.\nExcellent client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced support environment.\n8 Experience working remotely with distributed teams and business stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nParticipation in two or more Oracle Cloud HCM full lifecycle implementations.\nOracle Cloud HCM certifications.\nConsulting experience supporting multiple clients and industries.\nExperience supporting quarterly Oracle Cloud release activities.\nITIL or production support process experience.\nThe ideal candidate will:\nDemonstrate deep Oracle Cloud Payroll functional expertise.\nBe comfortable working directly with payroll and HR business users.\nThrive in a production support environment focused on issue resolution and service excellence.\nPossess strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.\nCommunicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.\nBe proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality support.\nMin/Required Qualification:\n8+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM - Cloud Payroll (US payroll required), cloud absence management and cloud core HR\n8 Experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM applications in a production support or AMS environment.\n8 Experience supporting payroll processes with weekly and semi-monthly payroll schedules.\nWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is CAD $93,979 - $145,090. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all Canada locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
