Cloud.\nConduct fit-gap assessments between EBS and Fusion functionality.\nIdentify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and modernize legacy financial processes.\nSupport EBS-to-Fusion migration activities across configuration, data conversion, testing, cutover, and financial reconciliation.\nTraining, Go-Live & Hypercare\nDevelop training materials and conduct finance user and key-user training.\nSupport cutover planning and go-live readiness activities.\nProvide hands-on functional support during go-live, the first financial period close, and post-production hypercare.\nTroubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolution across functional and technical teams.\nRequired Qualifications\n12-15+ years of Oracle Financials experience, including at least 5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.\nStrong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financials.\nProven experience delivering at least four full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.\nHands-on Fusion configuration experience across:\n General Ledger (GL)\n Accounts Payable (AP)\n Accounts Receivable (AR)\n Cash Management (CM)\n Fixed Assets (FA)\n Subledger Accounting (SLA)\nTax\nExpenses\nStrong EBS R12 Financials knowledge, including Multi-Org, SLA, and E-Business Tax.\nStrong understanding of accounting principles and end-to-end Record-to-Report,
