Experience: 6+ years\nPosition Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion & EBS Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale Oracle ERP transformation programs from initiation through go-live and hypercare.\nThe ideal candidate brings a strong track record delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12) programs, including implementations, upgrades, global rollouts, and EBS-to-Fusion Cloud transformation and migration initiatives.\nThis is a highly visible, client-facing leadership role requiring strong project governance, executive communication, financial and resource management, and the ability to coordinate large cross-functional teams across business, functional, technical, integration, and data workstreams.\nResponsibilities:\nLead End-to-End Oracle ERP Delivery\nLead the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS programs, including implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and EBS-to-Fusion migration initiatives.\nOwn delivery across the full project lifecycle, including initiation, discovery, design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.\nEstablish and maintain project governance, delivery methodology, milestones, dependencies, and quality standards.\nEnsure projects remain aligned with client objectives, contractual commitments, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.\nProject Planning & Governance\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, integrated schedules, RAID logs, resource plans, financial tracking, and executive status reporting.\nLead project governance meetings, steering committees, executive reviews, and client status meetings.\nEstablish clear ownership, accountability, milestones, and escalation paths across all workstreams.\nProactively identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delivery impacts and drive them to resolution.\nCross-Functional & Team Leadership\nCoordinate large, multidisciplinary teams spanning:\nFinance\nSupply Chain Management (SCM)\nProcurement\nHCM\nTechnical/Development\nIntegrations\nData Migration\nTesting\nOrganizational Change Management\nEffectively manage onshore/offshore delivery models and coordinate NTT DATA, client, and third-party resources.\nFoster strong collaboration between business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, vendors, and client leadership.\nFinancial, Scope & Resource Management\nManage project scope, assumptions, dependencies, and formal change control processes.\nTrack project budgets, financial performance, resource utilization, and forecast-to-complete against contractual commitments and SOWs.\nIdentify resource constraints and proactively adjust staffing and delivery plans to maintain project momentum.\nPartner with account and delivery leadership to manage commercial and contractual considerations.\nCutover, Go-Live & Hypercare\nLead comprehensive cutover and go-live planning, including mock conversions, readiness assessments, rehearsal cycles, go/no-go decisions, and rollback planning.\nCoordinate business and technical readiness across all workstreams.\nDrive issue resolution and executive escalation throughout cutover and go-live.\nLead transition into production support and post-go-live hypercare.\nOracle Updates, Upgrades & Integrations\nManage Oracle Fusion quarterly update cycles and EBS patching/upgrades when applicable.\nOversee dependencies involving third-party applications and enterprise integrations, including:\nLegacy systems\nBanking platforms\nEPM/HFM\nOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)\nOther middleware and external systems\nEnsure integration, data, and technical dependencies are incorporated into the overall project plan and governance framework.\nChange Management & Client Engagement\nPartner with organizational change management teams to coordinate training, communications, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities.\nBuild strong relationships with client executives, business leaders, IT stakeholders, and project teams.\nCommunicate complex project status, risks, decisions, and recommendations clearly to both technical and executive audiences.\nRequired Qualifications\n12-15+ years of IT/ERP delivery experience, including at least 6+ years managing Oracle ERP projects.\nDemonstrated experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle EBS R12 implementations and transformation programs.\nProven delivery of at least four full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.\nHands-on project management experience with Oracle EBS R12 environments.\nExperience leading or managing EBS-to-Fusion Cloud migration/transformation programs.\nStrong understanding of Oracle Financials, SCM, and Procurement business processes and their integration across an enterprise Oracle environment.\nDemonstrated expertise in:\nProject financial management\nResource planning and utilization\nScope and change management\nContract/SOW management\nRisk and issue management\nExecutive reporting and governance\nExceptional client-facing, executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.\nExperience working with distributed/global delivery teams and onshore/offshore models.\nProficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.\nAgile/Scrum certification or experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.\nOracle Cloud implementation certification.\nExperience managing global, multi-entity, and multi-currency Oracle ERP programs.\nExperience with Oracle OUM, Agile, hybrid, or other structured ERP delivery methodologies.\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\nMBA or advanced degree preferred.\nWhat Will Make You Successful\nThe The starting pay range for this remote role is $109,112 - $175,300. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
