opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve legacy processes during migration.\nSupport EBS-to-Fusion transformation initiatives, including fit-gap analysis, configuration mapping, data conversion, testing, and cutover.\nProvide functional guidance on differences between EBS and Fusion business processes and functionality.\nTraining, Go-Live & Hypercare\nDevelop training materials and deliver end-user and business process training.\nSupport cutover and go-live activities.\nProvide hands-on functional support during go-live and post-production hypercare.\nTroubleshoot production issues and work with technical teams to drive timely resolution.\nRequired Qualifications\n12-15+ years of Oracle SCM experience, including at least 5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.\nProven experience delivering at least four full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations.\nHands-on Fusion Cloud configuration experience in:\nOrder
