This is a player-coach role: you will manage the procurement team while directly handling a portion of end-to-end procurement & logistics tasks and drive process improvement - vendor consolidation, workflow redesign, and contract renegotiation to ensure workload balance and meet timelines.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1) People Leadership & Delivery Management\nManage daily procurement team operations, allocate tasks, and track progress against timelines\nCoach and evaluate team members; ensure productivity, quality, and compliance\nJoin global/local meetings; prepare monthly/quarterly reports to BOD/Global team\n2) Procurement Execution (Mandatory Hands-on)\nVendor sourcing for bids/projects; collect quotations and evaluate proposals\nCreate/update BOM and provide quotations to presales/sales teams\nProcess PR/PO requests (eApp/SAP); drive follow-up to meet deadlines\nNegotiate pricing, terms, and contracts/SOW; coordinate legal review when needed\nCreate PO/Contract in SAP, manage approval flow (including BOD approval)\nVerify vendor timesheets/invoices and manage service payment follow-up\n3) Vendor & Contract Management\nHandle vendor onboarding and agreements (NDA, Master Agreement, other contracts)\nMaintain strong vendor/customer relationships; resolve issues proactively\nEvaluate vendors annually and ensure supplier performance/compliance\n4) Logistics, Customs & Documentation (Hands-on / Backup)\nGoods receipt: quantity/quality check, warehouse recording and tracking\nImport and domestic export to customers; customs clearance and document preparation\nSupport HS code alignment and item naming when required\nCoordinate expeditor/FedEx/forwarders; obtain import permits/certificates (Civil Cryptography, Telecommunications Authority, A05, Cisco)\nHandover equipment to service/sales team; share serial list\nSend/receive hardcopy documents with vendors (PO/Contract, payment documents)\nSupport HCM team operationally when required (e.g., goods receiving, printing)\n5) Compliance & Audit\nEnsure ISMS compliance control; support internal/ISMS audits\nUpdate team on new company policies and legal requirements\nMaintain complete procurement records for audit readiness\nRequirements:\n8+ years in managing procurement/purchasing team\nStrong hands-on experience in procurement: sourcing, negotiation, contracts, PO processing, vendor management\nGood working knowledge of SAP and procurement documentation workflow\nAbility to manage both people and delivery under tight deadlines\nGood stakeholder management (Sales/Presales/Service/Finance/Legal)\nBachelor’s degree in Business/Supply Chain or related; CPSM/CPM is a plus\nExperience in logistics/customs/import-export is a strong advantage\nAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in business, supply chain management, or a related field.\nProfessional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM).\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary based on agreement. \nFull social insurance coverage based on salary. \nProbation with 100% salary. \nAnnual bonuses and regular salary reviews. \nTraining sponsorship for professional courses and certification exams. \nComprehensive healthcare coverage for staff and their families. \nRegular health check-ups. \n15 days of paid annual leave, plus 1 additional day for every 3 years of service, up to 20 days.\nWork Schedule:\nHybrid working mode. \nMonday to Friday, 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 17:00. \nFlexible start hours between 7:45 AM and 9:00 AM with manager approval. \nWork Locations:\nHanoi Office: Room 202, 2nd Floor, HITC Building, 239 Xuan Thuy street, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi. \nHo Chi Minh Office: Floor 20/10, Opal Tower, 92 Nguyen Huu Canh Street, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.\nWorkplace type:\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
