If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a Product Implementation Project manager- S&P to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).\nResponsibilities:\nThis role involves managing large product implementations that involve high degree of product development effort and customization.\nDriving clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to defined scope, dates and budget.\nProject management, leadership, dependency management and cross-group collaboration skills with a proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders/partners.\nAbility to engage competently with client at all levels of the organization.\nP&L responsibility for the project.\nContribute as required to process improvements, pre-sales and team development initiatives within the team.\nBasic Qualification required:\nBachelor’s degree & 8+ years of experience in program/project management delivering software products or services, product development in financial services domain OR equivalent experience\n3+ years of working in a similar Product & solutions company with exposure to post trade automation business domain OR similar experience.\nProven track record of successfully delivering highly complex IT transformation projects within the financial services industry.\nGood written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that can applied across organizational levels\nGood business knowledge in post trade automation space\nExcellent client facing skills. A good communicator with strong relationship building skills.\nTraining or understanding of standard project management methodologies e.g. PMI.\n*Must be in office at client in Princeton, NJ 2 days/week\nAdditional Preferred Qualifications\nExcellent influencer with proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization.\nCertification in Project/program management (PMP OR equivalent)\nFlexible and adaptable to project needs and changing priorities. Strong inter-personal skills with practical, can-do approach.\nAbility to work to strict deadlines and manage own time accordingly\nNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $100,000-130,000.
