Being part of this initiative set on a 5 years’ timeline, you will have the opportunity to work on topics such as digitalization of customs processes, streamlining customs procedures to facilitate trade and reduce costs, harmonization of customs rules across all EU member states and combating fraud.\nThis purposeful project will not only give you the opportunity to have an impact on one of the key topics within the European Union, it will also offer you various professional opportunities, let you experience a collaborative environment, using cutting-edge technologies and experiencing diversity in your everyday professional life.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nAct as the primary interface between business stakeholders, service owners, architects, and technical teams to translate service needs into clear, actionable requirements. \nBridge product and IT infrastructure perspectives, ensuring infrastructure requirements, dependencies, and constraints are considered in product decisions and delivery. \nDefine and prioritize features, user stories, and service improvements based on business value, risk, compliance, and operational impact. \nEnsure that infrastructure products and services support agreed service levels (SLAs, OLAs) and continual service improvement (CSI) objectives. \nCollaborate closely with Service Management, Operations, Security, and Architecture teams to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and supportable. \nSupport ITIL processes by ensuring requirements consider availability, capacity, continuity, security, and lifecycle management. \nParticipate in planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring transparency on scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery progress. \nValidate delivered solutions against acceptance criteria and business expectations, ensuring readiness for operational handover. \nMaintain documentation such as service descriptions, backlog items, roadmaps, and release notes. \nWhat you’ll bring along\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management or a related field.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Service Owner, or similar role in IT infrastructure or enterprise IT environments. \nSolid understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including cloud, networks, servers, storage, and related technologies, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams. \nStrong understanding of ITIL principles and processes, with practical experience applying them in real-world projects. \nSolid knowledge of IT infrastructure domains such as cloud platforms, data centers, networks, operating systems, middleware, or workplace services. \nAbility to balance strategic objectives with operational realities in a service-oriented environment. \nExperience working in Agile or hybrid (Agile/ITIL) delivery models. \nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to bridge business and technical perspectives. \nStrong prioritization and decision-making skills, with a focus on value, risk, and service quality. \nFamiliarity with service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow or similar) is a plus. \nITIL certification (Foundation or higher) and/or Agile Product Owner certification is desirable.\nFluency in English, both written and spoken.
