If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a Product Owner - Supplier Management to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US).\nProduct Owner / Lead Business Analyst - Supplier Management Platform Modernization\nPosition Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the replacement of a custom homegrown supplier management and screening solution with a modern Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) platform. This role will define the product vision, manage the product backlog, align business and technical teams, and ensure successful delivery of supplier lifecycle management capabilities that support procurement, supplier qualification, compliance, risk management, and supplier governance processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the Product Owner for the supplier management platform modernization initiative.\nDefine and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and business priorities.\nPartner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, and IT stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.\nOwn and maintain the product backlog, epics, features, and user stories.\nLead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and acceptance testing activities.\nCollaborate with solution architects, developers, implementation partners, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.\nDrive process standardization while balancing global and regional business requirements.\nDefine success metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes for supplier onboarding, qualification, risk management, and supplier performance processes.\nSupport testing, training, change management, and deployment activities.\nEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, security, and compliance standards.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.\n7-10 years of professional experience, including:\n3+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Lead Business Analyst, or equivalent role.\n5+ years working with Supply Chain, Procurement, Supplier Management, or ERP-related solutions.\n5+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementation or transformation programs using Agile methodologies.\n3+ years of experience of strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.\n3+ years of experience defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification or other SAFe/Agile certification.\nExperience implementing supplier management, sourcing, procurement, compliance, risk management, or supplier lifecycle management solutions.\nExperience with the PROCURE platform preferred.\nWorking knowledge of an ERP platform such as Infor LN/Baan, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems.\nExperience working with global supply chain organizations and cross-functional teams.\nDesired Competencies\nStrong understanding of supply chain and procurement business processes.\nAbility to translate business requirements into product features and technical requirements.\nData-driven prioritization and decision-making.\nExcellent communication and executive presentation skills.\nStrong leadership, collaboration, and change management capabilities.\nNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $96,142 - $120,615 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
