If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a Program Manager (NOC/SOC) - TOP SECRET Clearance to join our team in Springfield, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).\nJob Summary:\nNTT DATA Federal Services is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead delivery of the agency's Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) Network, Cloud, and Cybersecurity Services program. This person will be accountable for overall program performance, customer relationships, staffing, financial performance, risk, and integrated delivery across cybersecurity, network, cloud, and service-management workstreams.\nJob Duties:\nOwn overall program performance across cost, schedule, quality, staffing, risk, and customer commitments.\nServe as the primary senior contractor interface to client leadership and lead program reviews, executive communications, and issue resolution.\nLead an integrated management team spanning cybersecurity, network, cloud/platform, service management, field engineering, and transition activities.\nOversee staffing, subcontractor performance, recruiting/retention, workforce continuity, and resource alignment.\nManage program financial performance, forecasting, reporting, and task-order visibility.\nProvide executive oversight of major incidents, service-performance issues, transition activities, and continuous improvement.\nWork is expected to be primarily onsite at client facilities, with travel to supported locations as needed. The PM should be available for senior escalations outside normal business hours when mission conditions require it; this is not a 24x7 shift position. \nBasic Qualifications:\nMinimum 12 years of cybersecurity management experience, including management of contracts or programs of similar size, scope, and complexity. \nMinimum 2 years of experience leading technical and management teams in a complex IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, NOC/SOC, or managed-services environment.\nCurrent PMP and CISSP certifications.\nActive Top Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain/maintain SCI access.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nUndergraduate degree/bachelors degree\nExperience leading large Federal civilian IT or cybersecurity programs.\nExperience managing 24x7 operational services, incident escalation, service levels, and continuity requirements.\nExperience with ITIL-based service management, transition/stabilization, or continuous service improvement.\nPrior DHS or homeland-security mission experience.\nNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $135,878 - $226,462. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
