Controls Engineering Role: Engineering Support Level 3 - Controls Engineering, Support experience preferably in 6-8 years range Responsibilities: Investigate and drive support resolution with internal stake holders and other Controls Engineering teams. Serve as point of escalation for support issues from Controls Engineering Work closely with the engineering team to drive resolution of client issues. Look for opportunities to automate existing process and use AI tooling. Manage incidents and Post Mortems. Ensure SLOs are met and clients are kept informed and happy. Create documentation /runbooks and code snippets to share with clients and internal engineering teams Key criteria: Must be comfortable coding and debugging in Java or Python.
