across projects.\nTrack expenditure and forecast future resource requirements.\nEnsure overall programme delivery on time and on budget\nProvide oversight and governance on IT Programme Level Budget Utilization (by each IT project teams)\nPerformance Monitoring & Reporting\nPrepare executive reports and presentations.\nUpdate and report the progress of the programme at regular interval to management\nGovernance & Risk Management\nManage changes to program scope, schedule, and resources.\nManage risk to ensure success of projects\nManage variance order and status reporting to Stakeholders\nRequirements / Qualifications\nDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent with 5 years or more working experience\nEffective Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills\nStrong analytical skills and ability to work independently.\nStrong domain knowledge of Singapore Public Healthcare is an added advantage.\nGood knowledge of techniques for
