The Project Manager will work closely with senior leadership, client stakeholders, solution providers, and technical teams to coordinate and manage TPM implementation initiatives from planning through hypercare.\nIn addition to project delivery responsibilities, this role will also support business development and pre-sales activities, including proposal development, client presentations, implementation planning discussions, and solution positioning support for prospective TPM clients.\nThis role requires strong project management capabilities, experience with enterprise business transformations, and the ability to operate effectively in cross-functional environments involving Sales, Finance, IT, Data & Analytics, and Supply Chain teams. Experience with TPM platforms such as Visualfabriq, Salesforce, XTEL, or similar solutions is highly desirable.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Delivery & Coordination\nSupport the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of TPM implementation projects.\nDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, RAID logs, status reports, and governance documentation.\nCoordinate project activities across business, functional, and technical workstreams.\nTrack milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and critical path activities.\nManage day-to-day communication with client and internal project teams.\nFacilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and status reviews.\nEscalate risks, issues, and project deviations proactively with recommendations for resolution.\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nBuild strong relationships with client business and IT stakeholders.\nCoordinate across Sales, Revenue Management, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Data teams.\nEnsure alignment between business objectives, scope, timelines, and delivery expectations.\nSupport change management and user adoption activities.\nTPM Functional Support\nAssist with TPM process discussions including:\nPromotion planning\nFinancial management and accruals\nClaims and deductions\nCustomer planning\nSettlement and post-event analysis\nReporting and analytics\nSupport workshops for requirements gathering, solution validation, and testing coordination.\nCoordinate integration activities involving ERP, data warehouse, middleware, and reporting systems.\nDelivery Governance\nMaintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions).\nMonitor project KPIs including schedule adherence, scope management, defect tracking, and resource utilization.\nSupport change request and scope governance processes.\nEnsure documentation standards and project controls are maintained throughout the lifecycle.\nTesting & Deployment Support\nCoordinate SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare activities.\nTrack defects, testing progress, and resolution status.\nSupport deployment readiness assessments and go-live planning.\nBusiness Development & Pre-Sales Support\nSupport business development activities for TPM opportunities within the CPG industry.\nAssist with proposal development, scope definition, effort estimation, and timeline creation.\nParticipate in client discovery sessions, capability presentations, and solution demonstrations.\nHelp prepare executive presentations, implementation approaches, and delivery models for prospective clients.\nCoordinate internal contributors during proposal and pursuit activities.\nSupport development of reusable implementation assets, accelerators, and delivery methodologies.\nContribute to thought leadership and go-to-market initiatives related to TPM implementations.\nAssist with preparation for client workshops, RFP responses, and system implementation selection processes.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.\n5+ years of project management experience in enterprise software implementations.\n5+ years of experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).\n3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.\n3+ years of experience working with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.\nAbility to travel minimum of 25%.\nPreferred Qualifications\nStrong organizational and documentation capabilities.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience supporting CPG or retail transformation initiatives.\nExperience with TPM solutions such as Visualfabriq, Salesforce, XTEL, SAP TPM integrations, or other TPM/TPO platforms.\nKnowledge of TPM business processes within CPG organizations.\nExperience coordinating ERP integrations, especially with SAP.\nFamiliarity with middleware and integration platforms such as MuleSoft.\nPMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification preferred.\nExperience working in consulting or The candidate should also be comfortable supporting pre-sales discussions and helping shape implementation approaches for prospective clients.\nNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $105,840 - $196,000 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
