Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nKey Responsibilities\nYou will:\nSupport the Governance, Risk & Compliance function in delivering a practical, business-oriented compliance and risk management program.\nPartner with business teams and stakeholders to help translate governance and compliance requirements into pragmatic and effective solutions.\nContribute to customer trust and assurance activities by supporting audits, due diligence requests, compliance assessments, and client questionnaires.\nAssist in preparing responses to RFPs and customer inquiries related to compliance, information security, privacy, governance, and risk management.\nCoordinate and maintain compliance evidence, documentation, policies, and supporting materials.\nSupport certification and audit activities, including evidence collection, stakeholder coordination, and follow-up of findings and improvement actions.\nParticipate in compliance reviews and gap assessments against internal requirements, legislation, and industry frameworks.\nMonitor ongoing compliance activities and help drive timely completion of actions and deliverables.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of policies, processes, controls, and governance practices.\nIdentify opportunities to improve compliance maturity, operational effectiveness, and stakeholder awareness.\nBuild strong and trusted relationships with internal stakeholders while maintaining an independent governance perspective.\nCommunicate complex governance, risk, and compliance topics in a clear, practical, and business-friendly manner.\nWhat You'll Bring\nKnowledge & Skills\nFluent in Dutch and English (C2 or C1)\nA strong interest in governance, risk management, compliance, information security, privacy, or related disciplines.\nThe ability to balance governance requirements with practical business needs.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to managing information and documentation.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to collaborate across different teams and levels of the organization.\nA proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and willingness to learn.\nHigh ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to promoting a culture of trust and accountability.\nPreferred Knowledge\nExperience or knowledge of one or more of the following areas is considered an advantage:\nInformation Security and Privacy\nRisk Management and Internal Controls\nRegulatory Compliance\nISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301, ISO 9001\nSOC 2\nNIS2 and DORA\nAudit and Assurance Processes\nTechnology-enabled Services and IT Operations\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree (or equivalent working and thinking level) in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Risk Management, Information Security, IT, or a related field.\nRelevant certifications or training in compliance, information security, privacy, governance, auditing, or risk management are advantageous but not mandatory.\nExperience\nWe welcome candidates who bring:\nExperience within governance, compliance, risk, legal, information security, privacy, or a comparable business support function.\nExposure to audits, compliance assessments, due diligence exercises, or RFP processes.\nExperience working in a technology-driven or professional services environment.\nExperience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and supporting cross-functional initiatives.\nA structured and detail-oriented approach to documentation, reporting, coordination, and follow-up activities.\nExperience interacting with customers or external stakeholders is an advantage.\nWhy Join NTT DATA?\nAt NTT DATA, you will have the opportunity to work on topics that matter.
