The role involves supporting enterprise PACS, VNA, diagnostic workstations, advanced visualization platforms, and radiology workflow applications across multi-site healthcare environments.\nThe ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in DICOM, HL7 integrations, modality connectivity, radiology infrastructure, and imaging workflow management, ensuring high availability and operational excellence of clinical imaging systems.\n\nDay to Day job Duties:\nPACS & Imaging Systems Administration\nAdminister, monitor, and support PACS environments, ensuring uninterrupted image acquisition, storage, retrieval, and distribution.\nManage DICOM routing, modality worklists, image lifecycle management, archiving, and retention policies.\nSupport enterprise and multi-site imaging workflows across hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.\nPerform PACS upgrades, configuration changes, patch deployments, and system maintenance activities.\nRadiology Workflow & Integration Support\nSupport integration of radiology modalities\nEnsure seamless interoperability between PACS, VNA, EMR/EHR, RIS, and diagnostic workstation environments.\nTroubleshoot HL7 interfaces including ORM, ORU, and ADT message flows.\nResolve imaging workflow issues related to order management, exam routing, study reconciliation, and image distribution.\nAdvanced Visualization & Post-Processing Support\nSupport advanced visualization platforms and diagnostic imaging applications.\nAssist radiologists and clinicians with workflow optimization and application usability issues.\nViewer & DICOM Utility Management\nSupport diagnostic viewers, web viewers, and zero-footprint image viewing solutions.\nManage DICOM utilities, QA tools, image-sharing platforms, and external image exchange systems.\nTroubleshoot viewer performance issues, image rendering problems, and study accessibility concerns.\nApplication & System Support\nProvide L2 support for radiology applications\nCoordinate with vendors and infrastructure teams for issue resolution \nPerformance Monitoring & Troubleshooting\nDiagnose and resolve:\nModality connectivity issues\nDICOM communication failures\nHL7 interface errors\nExam routing issues\nImage transmission delays\nRadiologist workstation performance issues\nApplication and database-related problems\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.\nBasic Qualifications:\n5+ years Core Imaging Technologies\nPACS Administration\nDICOM Protocols\nHL7 Integration\nRIS/PACS Workflow Management\nVNA Administration\nModality Worklist Management\nImage Lifecycle Management\n5+ years Radiology Applications\nLife Image LILA\nMEDRAD\nQPath\nEnterprise PACS Solutions\nAdvanced Visualization Platforms\nAI Imaging Analysis Tools\n5 + yeras Imaging Modalities\nCT\nMRI\nUltrasound\nNuclear Medicine\nDigital Radiography\nMammography\n5+ years Interface & Integration Technologies\nDICOM\nHL7 (ADT, ORM, ORU)\nTCP/IP Networking\nVPN and Secure Data Exchange\nHealthcare Interoperability Standards\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.\nExperience working in hospital, diagnostic imaging, or healthcare provider environments.\nExposure to cloud-based imaging platforms and enterprise imaging initiatives is an added advantage.\nNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $68,076 - 118,188.
