Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nThe Receptionist has the responsibility to deliver a friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for employees and guests.\nThis role is afixed term contract until31st of December 2027, with strong possibilities of renewal.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTakes responsibility for the reception area, ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.\nReceives and welcome Guests and advise the relevant internal stakeholders of the guest/visitor’s arrival timeously.\nAnswers, screens and redirects incoming calls.\nRoutes emergency calls, forwarding them to the appropriate internal stakeholders, ensuring that the call reaches the appropriate person.\nPerforms administrative duties such as typing, capturing and updating information on the relevant systems.\nSorts mail and packages when required.\nManages all logistics relating to public meeting rooms.\nEnsures that detailed messages are passed on to relevant persons immediately.\nScreens walk-in clients/guests.\nEstablishes and maintains an electronic/manual diary for scheduled appointments.\nHandles queries related to the company’s products, services and/or people.\nPerforms any other related task as required.\nKnowledge and Attributes:\nProactive individual with a positive attitude towards work.\nDisplays interpersonal skills used to deal effectively with internal and external stakeholders.\nAbility to exercise sound judgement and display the ability to deal effectively with conflict.\nExcellent telephone etiquette.\nExcellent communication skills and able to listen effectively.\nProfessional attitude and appearance.\nExcellent organizational skills.\nCustomer service attitude.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\nAbility to remain calm and able to make quick decisions.\nAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:\nRelevant secondary qualification or equivalent\nEnglish: fluent (Mandatory).\nRequired experience:\nRelevant demonstrated working experience in a similar position.\nRelevant demonstrated working experience in a related environment.\nWorkplace type:\nOn-site WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
