If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a Remote SOX Compliance & Automation Lead to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).\nRole: SOX Compliance & Automation Lead (Guardium / Reporting)\nPosition Overview\nLead SOX reporting and compliance operations across multiple enterprise applications\nOwn end-to-end report lifecycle: data intake, validation, generation, review, and audit readiness\nDrive automation to eliminate manual reporting workflows and improve efficiency\nKey Responsibilities\nSOX Reporting Operations\nManage monthly generation and validation of compliance reports across multiple applications\nPerform input file verification, issue resolution, and follow-ups with application ownersTrack report status, approvals, and audit evidence in centralized trackers\n\nReview & Quality Assurance\nReview reports with process changes and ensure audit completeness (comments, approvals, decisions)\nValidate baseline reports for new applications and migrations\nEnsure alignment with SOX controls and audit expectations\nStakeholder Management\nAct as primary contact for application teams for report queries, issue resolution, and approvals\nCoordinate with onshore teams, auditors, and application owners\nDrive status updates and reporting cadence through meetings and trackers\nAudit & Compliance Support\nProvide audit evidence and support internal/external audit requests\nMonitor compliance gaps and drive remediation follow-ups\nAutomation & Continuous Improvement\nIdentify and implement automation opportunities across reporting lifecycle (Power Automate, scripting, Python etc.)\nEnhance existing tools and reduce manual data handling\nSupport workflow improvements for report generation and tracking\nTeam Leadership & Coordination\nAssign and track tasks (TFS/Azure DevOps or equivalent)\nLead offshore delivery execution and ensure SLA adherence\nFacilitate standups and process improvement sessions\n Basic Qualifications: 8+ years in SOX compliance, security reporting, or audit operations\n\n5+ years of experience with data-driven reporting and reconciliation\n5+ years of experience and proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools\n5+ years of experience with automation (Power Automate, scripting, VBA/Python)\n3+ years of strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills\nPreferred Skills\nAbility to manage high-volume, deadline-driven deliverables\nExperience with Guardium or database activity monitoring reports\nFamiliarity with cloud environments (GCP, Oracle, hybrid apps)\nExperience with ticketing/workflow tools (ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)\nExposure to process automation and AI-enabled workflows\nNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $105,840 - $196,000 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
