Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nThe Senior Associate Resource Scheduler is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for assisting with the efficient allocation and management of the human resources required to deliver IT services to clients.\nThis role is responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of IT services, client expectations and projects that impact one or more departments, systems/workflows with some complexity, or multiple projects simultaneously with some risk or complexity.\nKey responsibilities:\nSupports the delivery teams by ensuring that there are adequate and competent resources available to deliver on all clients’ expectations and contracts.\nIdentifies and assigns resources to multiple projects using internal and external resources.\nContributes to achieving utilization team targets by assisting with the maintenance of resource schedules.\nHelps with ensuring demand fulfilment and efficiency gains through effective interaction with internal stakeholders.\nHelps with the management of resourcing conflicts and escalations in accordance with project and business priorities.\nMaintains utilization, and realization information, ensuring accuracy and timeous communication to the relevant project for consideration in project plans.\nWorks closely with project teams to resolve resource-related issues that may impact SLAs.\nCoordinates with client teams to align resource allocation with their needs and expectations.\nPerforms any other related task.\nTo thrive in this role, you need to have:\nAbility to work with diverse personalities and demonstrates a high level of teamwork.\nProactive in approach and meticulous attention to detail.\nResourceful and ability to demonstrate business understanding.\nWell-developed interpersonal skills coupled with good verbal and written communication.\nService-oriented aptitude and problem-solving skills.\nDeveloping project allocation skills to anticipate change and future needs, including the risks in their area of responsibility.\nDeveloping understanding of service level agreements and project management principles and methodologies.\nDeveloping proficiency in resource management software and project management tools.\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.\nAcademic qualifications and certifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.\nProject management certification is desirable.\nRequired experience:\nModerate level of demonstrated resource scheduling and/or project management experience gained within a technology services environment is preferable.\nModerate level of demonstrated experience gained within a related business practice.\nModerate level of demonstrated experience engaging with stakeholders.\nWorkplace type:\nOn-site WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
