related field\nSnowflake certifications highly desirable\nExperience: 8-10+ years in data systems, with 4+ years explicitly in leading teams\nStrong experience in Azure Databricks Workspace configuration and administration\nExpertise in Databricks cluster management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting\nKnowledge of Azure cost estimation and optimization\nHands-on experience with Databricks AI capabilities, including Genie and Mosaic AI, and their integration into data solutions\nProficiency in Databricks access and security management\nAbility to create and maintain Databricks Notebooks using SQL, Python, and R/Scala\nSolid understanding of DataFrames, data manipulation, and transformation techniques within Databricks\nExperience integrating Azure Data Factory (ADF) with Databricks, including triggering and orchestrating notebooks from ADF pipelines\nStrong expertise in designing, building, and deploying Azure Data Factory pipelines across multiple environments\nExperience in data modeling, data warehouse design, and management\nGood knowledge of Azure SQL\nExperience working within Agile development environments\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nIndustry experience within Insurance, Reinsurance, or Financial Services is highly
