The role involves monitoring bot execution, troubleshooting failures, managing incidents, and coordinating with development and infrastructure teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor bot execution through MuleSoft RPA Manager.\nTrack bot schedules, execution frequency, success rates, and failures.\nEnsure critical bots run as per defined schedules and business timelines.\nPerform initial troubleshooting, bot restarts, and reruns as per SOPs.\nInvestigate credential expiry, authentication, access, connectivity, virtual machine, and infrastructure-related issues.\nAnalyze bot logs, execution details, screenshots, and error messages.\nLog, prioritize, and track incidents using ITSM tools.\nEscalate code-related or complex issues to the RPA development or L3 team.\nCoordinate with infrastructure, application, security, and business teams.\nMaintain shift handover notes, runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational reports.\nSupport incident analysis, root cause analysis, and service improvement activities.\nRequired Skills\n2 to 6 years of experience in RPA, application, or production support.\nExperience with MuleSoft RPA Manager or a similar RPA platform.\nKnowledge of bot monitoring, scheduling, execution, and failure handling.\nUnderstanding of Windows servers, virtual machines, credentials, and access management.\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.\nWillingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.\nPreferred Skills\nBasic knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, APIs, or scripting.\nRPA platform certification.\nExperience supporting enterprise automation in banking, insurance, healthcare, or retail environments.\nLocation: Remote\nExperience: 2 to 6 Years\nShift: 24x7 Rotational Support\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
