The ideal candidate will already be doing a similar role, will come with extensive expertise in Salesforce, a blend of technical ability, whilst demonstrating exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and delivery across global teams, a client centric and creative mindset in a dynamic and fast-paced environment\nWhat you'll be doing:\nLead the successful delivery of complex Salesforce programmes, overseeing multiple projects and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet agreed business and client requirements.\nProvide leadership across delivery and presales engagements, shaping solutions, developing estimates, and supporting the translation of requirements into commercial proposals.\nBuild, coach, mentor and lead high-performing delivery teams, fostering collaboration, supporting career development, and driving successful outcomes across Salesforce workstreams.\nAct as a trusted advisor to clients, managing stakeholder relationships, communicating progress, handling escalations, and guiding strategic decision-making.\nDrive project planning, governance and roadmap development, proactively identifying and mitigating risks while ensuring solutions align with business expectations and strategic objectives.\nLead Agile delivery teams to implement high-quality Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds, applying industry best practices and the latest platform capabilities.\nSupport the growth of the practice through interviewing prospective candidates, contributing to recruitment activities, and helping build high-performing teams.\nStay current with Salesforce innovations and support the continuous improvement of delivery approaches, methodologies, and client outcomes.\nWhat experience you'll bring:\nExtensive experience across delivery within the Salesforce ecosystem\nA minimum of 5 years in managing medium to large-scale Salesforce projects or programs.\nProven track record of leading and managing global teams\nSalesforce Expertise: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and implementation strategies.\nLeadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.\nCommunication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among team members and clients.\nAnalytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during project execution\nTools and Process: Familiarity with commercial models, agile methodologies and project management principles.\nSalesforce certifications across the 360 are highly desirable.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nA proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth and delivering client value\nWho we are:\nAt NTT DATA, you have endless opportunities to think big, act bold and take ownership.
