If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a Salesforce Tester to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra, India.\n## Salesforce Automation QA\n### Role Summary\nWe are looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineer with Salesforce experience to design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test solutions for Salesforce applications.\nThe candidate should have strong knowledge of Salesforce business processes and hands-on experience with automation testing tools, API testing, regression testing, and CI/CD integration. The role requires close collaboration with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality Salesforce releases.\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Design and implement automated test scripts for Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce solutions.\n- Automate end-to-end business processes covering Salesforce UI, integrations, APIs, and backend validations.\n- Develop and maintain reusable automation frameworks and test components.- Execute automated functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing.\n- Validate Salesforce functionality including:\n- Standard and custom objects\n- Lightning pages and Lightning Web Components\n- Salesforce Flows\n- Validation rules\n- Approval processes\n- Profiles and permission sets\n- Sharing and security\n- Automate testing of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.\n- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI, or equivalent tools.\n- Develop automation using tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright or Copado Robotic Testing.\n- Create and maintain automated test data and reusable test utilities.\n- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing.\n- Analyze automated test failures, identify root causes, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.\n- Create and maintain test plans, automation strategies, test cases, test scripts, and execution reports.\n- Track defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.\n- Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and defect triage.\n- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, release validation, and production verification.\n- Continuously identify opportunities to increase automation coverage and reduce manual regression effort.\n### Required Skills & Experience\n- Strong experience in QA automation and software testing.\n- Hands-on testing experience with Salesforce applications.\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce concepts including: - Objects and relationships\n- Lightning Experience\n- Salesforce Flows\n- Validation rules\n- Profiles and permission sets\n- Sharing and security\n- Hands-on experience with one or more automation tools such as:\n- Selenium\n- Playwright\n- Copado Robotic Testing\n- Experience with test automation scripting using Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.\n- Experience with API testing and REST/SOAP integrations.\n- Good understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.\n- Experience working with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.\n- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.\n- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.\n- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\n### Experience\nTypically 4-7+ years of QA experience, including at least 2+ years of Salesforce testing experience and strong hands-on automation experience.\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
