If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a SAP AI Lead Developer to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).\nSAP AI Lead Developer\nDay to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) \nThe SAP AI Lead Developer is responsible for defining and driving the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of AI/ML-enabled solutions within the SAP ecosystem specifically Joule Skills, Joule Agents, Joule Studio.\nEnsure that business requirements are translated into scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solutions integrated with SAP platforms and aligned with enterprise strategy.\nWork on the architecture and design of AI/ML solutions embedded in the SAP landscape (S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Data Intelligence, SAP Analytics Cloud etc.).\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to capture requirements and convert them into solution designs.\nDefine data architecture, pipelines, model deployment flows, and integration patterns for AI/ML in SAP environments.\nSelect appropriate AI technologies, platforms, and frameworks (LLMs, predictive analytics, anomaly detection) that align with SAP capabilities.\nEnsure scalability, performance, reliability, and security of AI solutions within the SAP system landscape.\nLead and work on implementation phases, from design to deployment, integration, testing, and rollout.\nCreate and maintain architecture documentation and model life-cycle strategies.\nMonitor AI and SAP technology trends and propose innovations and optimizations.\nManage risks, compliance and governance required for AI/ML adoption/implementation.\nBasic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.\n12+ years of experience in SAP with focus on solution development, architecture, and implementation.\nProficiency with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and programming languages (Python, R).\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.\nStrong architectural design and system integration skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nProven leadership in cross-functional team environments.\nCommitment to continuous learning in evolving AI and SAP technologies.\nDegree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience\nNice to Have; (But not a must)\nWorking experience of AI/ML solutions embedded in the SAP landscape\nAI technologies, platforms, and frameworks (LLMs, predictive analytics, anomaly detection) that align with SAP capabilities\nMin/Required Qualification:\n12+ years of experience in SAP with focus on solution development, architecture, and implementation.\n3+ years of SAP AI/ML experience.\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
