Responsibilities\nProvide functional support and configuration for SAP APO planning processes.\nSupport key APO components, including:\nDP - Demand Planning\nSNP - Supply Network Planning\nPP/DS - Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling\nGATP - Global Available-to-Promise\nCIF - Core Interface\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP APO solutions.\nConfigure and maintain planning areas, planning books, data views, planning versions, and master data.\nSupport demand forecasting, supply planning, production planning, capacity planning, and scheduling processes.\nMonitor and troubleshoot CIF integration between SAP APO and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.\nResolve production incidents, planning inconsistencies, master-data issues, and interface failures.\nPerform root-cause analysis and provide permanent solutions for recurring issues.\nHandle change requests, enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployments.\nPrepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP and integration teams for technical developments.\nSupport unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT.\nWork closely with business, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and technical teams.\nMaintain SOPs, configuration documents, functional specifications, and knowledge-management documentation.\nManage incidents, problems, and changes in accordance with agreed SLAs and ITIL processes.\nRequired Skills\nStrong hands-on experience with SAP APO.\nStrong expertise in at least two or more APO components: DP, SNP, PP/DS, or GATP.\nGood knowledge of CIF integration and APO master-data integration.\nUnderstanding of:\nDemand forecasting and planning\nSupply and distribution planning\nProduction planning and scheduling\nCapacity planning\nProduct availability and ATP\nPlanning master data\nGood integration knowledge with SAP MM, PP, SD, and logistics processes.\nExperience in troubleshooting APO planning and integration issues.\nAbility to prepare functional specifications and work with technical/ABAP teams.\nExperience in SAP implementation and/or AMS L2/L3 support.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication
