Each project is a journey, not a destination, and we stay close to our clients during every major transformation.\nWhat you'll be doing\nServe as customer-facing SAP Basis contact, providing technical guidance, status updates and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction\nPerform regular SAP system health checks and proactively identify performance, stability and capacity improvement opportunities\nAdminister and support SAP printing infrastructure, including printer configuration, troubleshooting, spool management and output device maintenance\nSchedule, monitor and optimize SAP background jobs to ensure reliable business process execution\nImplement and validate SAP Security Notes and support package updates in accordance with security and compliance requirements\nMonitor SAP landscapes and manage incident, service request and problem tickets within agreed service levels\nTroubleshoot complex SAP Basis issues across application, database\nAccess on OS level will not be granted\nAnalyze and implement recommendations from SAP \nEarlyWatch Alert (EWA) reports to improve system performance, security, and availability\nInvestigate and resolve failed or canceled SAP updates, transports, and patch activities\nCollaborate with functional, technical, and infrastructure teams to ensure stable and efficient SAP operations\nSupport SAP GUI installation, configuration and patch management\nMaintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-base articlesWhat you'll bring along\n\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar rol\nIntermediate knowledge of SAP NetWeaver administration, system monitoring, performance analysis and troubleshooting\nExperience with SAP transport management, client administration and background job scheduling\nProven experience applying SAP Security Notes and performing vulnerability remediation activities\nExpertise in SAP system monitoring, alert handling and incident management processes\nExperience analyzing SAP EarlyWatch Alert (EWA) reports and implementing recommendations.Knowledge of SAP printing and spool administration\nExperience troubleshooting failed updatesFamiliarity with SAP Solution ManagerIntermediate understanding of SAP Hana databases\nExperience SAP GUI lifecycle management and patch administration\nExperience with SAP GUI troubleshooting for connectivity and login issues\nExperience with XML file configuration and SAP Logon landscape administration\n\nDocument\n\nWhat’s in it for you\nNew beginnings can be a challenge.
