Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration Lead end-to-end SAP FICO / FSCM implementations and rollouts, covering core modules: Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, and Cash & Liquidity Management. Configure system settings, workflows, and business rules within SAP to meet unique organizational requirements. Map and configure Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including credit control areas, scoring models, collection strategies, and dispute resolution lifecycles Business Analysis & Process Optimization Gather business requirements through workshops and translate them into Functional Specifications and system designs.
