The role will configure and support SAP GRC Access Control capabilities across Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management and Business Role Management.\nYou will work with SAP Security, business stakeholders, role owners, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit and technical teams to deliver secure, compliant and auditable access processes across SAP and integrated applications.\nHands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP GRC Process Control solutions, including end-to-end delivery of enhancements from requirement gathering through deployment and post-production support.\nStrong experience in analysing, troubleshooting, and resolving SAP GRC Process Control production issues and providing sustainable solutions.\nExperience in configuring and supporting GRC PC Master data, Control Testing, Assessments, MCP, Surveys, and Certifications within SAP GRC Process Control.\nExpertise in creating, maintaining, and monitoring Automated Controls (CCMs) in SAP GRC\nExperience in development and maintenance of compliance dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics for management reporting and audit requirements.\nAbility to work closely with business stakeholders, control owners, auditors, and technical teams to deliver compliance and governance solutions.\nEvaluates business models, processes, and operations to develop a good understanding of business needs and requirements.\nPerform control testing for both ITAC & ITGC as per the scope and requirement.\nWork effectively as a team member, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication and update senior team members on progress of tasks.\nConduct research and assist senior team members in preparing business presentations and information memorandums.\nDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with business.\nEnsuring adherence to quality protocols specified for the project.\nResponsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.\nWhat you’ll need to succeed (Skills & Experience)\nSkills and Attributes for Success\nCandidate will have minimum 4-8 years of experience in SAP IT Audit with knowledge of IT governance practices.\nLead SAP Risk and Controls projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.\nShould have completed at least 2-3 Risk & Control engagements covering pre-& post implementation reviews, assessments, control design and testing for SAP ECC and/or S4 HANA landscape.\nPerform SAP audits, focusing on system integrity and data accuracy.\nDesign and assess SAP S4 controls, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk and control considerations into broader project objectives.\nProvide insights on SAP risk and control trends and best practices.\n Functional\nStrong understanding of:\nSAP GRC Access Control & Process Control\nITGC and audit processes\nSAP GRC Process Control (PC)\nControl Framework Design\nInternal Controls Management\nCompliance Monitoring\nRisk Assessment\nSOX and IT General Controls (ITGC)\nTechnical Leadership\nExperience in:\nSAP S/4HANA security\nSAP GRC 10.1 / 12.0\nSAP Access Control Integration\nWorkflow Configuration & BRF+\nSAP Fiori\nSAP S/4HANA Integration\nRole design and authorization objects\nGRC integration with SAP modules\nReporting Skills\nCompliance Reporting\nProcess Control Dashboards\nAudit Reporting\nData Analysis\nYears of experience\nLocation\n6-9 years\nIndia BLR/Guragaon\nWork model Hybrid -
