If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a SAP PM Functional Consultant with Data Migration skills to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).\nRole Summary\nExecute hands-on functional experience for Plant Maintenance data as part of a global Greenfield SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition implementation, supporting the migration from Oracle ERP. This role focuses on data preparation, loading, testing, and reconciliation by ensuring data quality, integrity, and alignment with RISE governance, SAP Activate methodology, and cloud operating standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end data migration activities for Plant Maintenance as part of a RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition Greenfield program\nPerform hands-on extraction, transformation, and loading of PM data\nPrepare and maintain data mapping documents and transformation logic\nExecute data loads using SAP Migration Cockpit / Fiori Apps and approved tools\nConduct data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation with source Oracle data\nSupport mock migrations, testing cycles, and go-live activities\nAnalyze and resolve data load errors and inconsistencies\nCollaborate with functional teams to validate business readiness of migrated data\nConfigure and support SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) including:Technical Objects (Equipment, Functional Locations, Bill of Materials, Catalog codes, etc.)\nPreventive Maintenance Plans and Task Lists\nNotifications, Corrective, Refurbishment, and Calibration processes\n\nPrepare and execute unit testing and SIT test cases for PM scenarios.\nSupport UAT, defect resolution, and business user clarification.\nPrepare and maintain:Functional specifications\nConfiguration documents\nTest scripts and user guides\n\nAssist with data migration validation for technical objects, maintenance plans, and open orders.\nSupport cutover activities for open maintenance orders and plans.\nProvide hyper care support, troubleshooting PM-related issues post go-live.\nDocument issues, resolutions, and process changes.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n5-8 years of SAP functional experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) with strong hands-on data migration exposure\nAt least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project. (Cloud CE preferred)\nExcel Expertise to reconcile huge amounts of data\nPrior Oracle ERP data migration experience\nSolid functional knowledge of PM data structures\nStrong data analysis and troubleshooting skills\nAbility to work in fast-paced global programs\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP S/4HANA or SAP PM certification with Engineering Degree\nExperience with Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations under RISE.\nFamiliarity with SAP Activate methodology (Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy).\nExperience with multi-wave or phased global data migrations.\nPreferred Candidate Profile\nStrong client-facing and consulting skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management.\nTeam players with mentoring and leadership capabilities.\nAbility to work in global implementation and support environments.\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
