This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the SAP program team, translating strategic business objectives into executable project plans while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.\nThe SAP Business Project Manager oversees planning, execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, business process design, testing, training, change management, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization. The role works closely with business leaders, functional teams, IT, system integrators, and executive sponsors to deliver SAP-enabled business transformation.\n________________________________________\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Project Leadership\nLead business workstreams for SAP implementation, upgrade, or transformation programs.\nDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.\nCoordinate activities across multiple business functions, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Human Resources, and Customer Service.\nEnsure project milestones, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved on time and within budget.\nDrive issue resolution and maintain alignment between business priorities and project objectives.\n________________________________________\nBusiness Process Transformation\nPartner with business process owners to assess current-state processes and define future-state operating models.\nFacilitate business process design workshops and requirements gathering sessions.\nIdentify opportunities for process standardization, simplification, and automation using SAP best practices.\nSupport organizational redesign where required to align with new SAP capabilities.\nEnsure business processes comply with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.\n________________________________________\nStakeholder Management\nBuild strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and functional stakeholders.\nFacilitate governance meetings, steering committee sessions, and business reviews.\nCommunicate project status, risks, issues, and decisions to leadership.\nManage stakeholder for go-live.\nCoordinate business deployment activities.\nValidate completion of business cutover tasks.\nSupport go/no-go readiness assessments.\nParticipate in command center activities during deployment.\nEnsure minimal business disruption during production cutover.\n________________________________________\nHypercare & Continuous Improvement\nSupport Hypercare planning and post-go-live stabilization.\nMonitor business performance following deployment.\nCoordinate issue resolution with support teams.\nGather user feedback and identify process improvement opportunities.\nFacilitate lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.\n________________________________________\nGovernance & Compliance\nMaintain project governance documentation.\nMonitor project scope, risks, and dependencies.\nEnsure compliance with enterprise project management standards.\nSupport audit and regulatory requirements.\nManage business approvals and project documentation.\n________________________________________\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.\nMaster's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.\n8-12 years of project management experience, including business-led technology transformation initiatives.\nMinimum of 5 years supporting SAP implementation or transformation programs.\nExperience managing cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of business operations and process improvement
