The consultant will work under the guidance of a Module Lead or Solution Architect and contribute to configuration, testing, data migration support, and post-go-live stabilization of Customer Service (CS) and Sales & Distribution (SD) processes.\nThis role focuses on hands-on functional delivery across Service-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nSAP CS & SD Configuration\nConfigure and support SAP S/4HANA SD processes including:\nSales Order Management\nPricing and Condition Techniques\nDelivery, Shipping, and Billing\nCredit Management (basic exposure)\nConfigure and support SAP CS processes including:\nService Notifications and Service Orders\nService Contracts and Warranties\nResource-related billing\nSupport CS-SD integration for service and billing processes.\nS/4HANA Transformation Support\nSupport ECC to S/4HANA conversions or greenfield implementations.\nApply S/4HANA SD and CS simplifications, Fiori apps, and embedded analytics.\nAssist in Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops and requirement clarification.\nIntegration & Collaboration\nWork closely with MM, WM/EWM, TM, PM, and FI/CO teams to ensure end-to-end integration.\nSupport Business Partner (BP) and customer master data configuration and validation.\nCoordinate with technical teams (ABAP, CPI, middleware) on RICEFW objects and interfaces.\nTesting & Data Migration\nPrepare and execute unit testing and SIT test cases for CS and SD scenarios.\nSupport UAT, defect resolution, and business user clarification.\nAssist with data migration validation for customers, service contracts, and open documents.\nGo-Live & Hypercare\nSupport cutover activities for open sales orders, service orders, contracts, and billing.\nProvide hypercare support, troubleshooting CS / SD issues post go-live.\nDocument issues, resolutions, and process changes.\nDocumentation & Methodology\nPrepare and maintain:\nFunctional specifications\nConfiguration documents\nTest scripts and user guides\nFollow SAP Activate methodology and project documentation standards.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nSAP CS & SD Expertise\n5-8 years of SAP functional experience in:\nSAP SD (Order-to-Cash)\nSAP CS (Service Management)\nAt least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project\nStrong understanding of sales and customer service processes\nS/4HANA & Service Knowledge\nHands-on experience with:\nS/4HANA SD configuration\nCS integration with SD and FI\nBusiness Partner (BP) concept\nExposure to S/4HANA Service Management or FSM is a plus.\nKnowledge on LeanIX, Signavio for process flow preparation and discussion with business team, is an added advantage\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP S/4HANA or SAP SD / CS certification\nExperience with SAP Activate methodology\nIndustry exposure to Manufacturing, Utilities, Automotive, or Industrial Equipment\nExposure to PM or EWM is an advantage\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills\nGood communication and documentation abilities\nAbility to work effectively in onshore-offshore and multi-country
