If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\nWe are currently seeking a SAP S/4HANA Test Lead to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).\nPosition Title: SAP Test Management & Automation Lead\nLocation: Remote / Hybrid\nProject: SAP Transformation Program\nEmployment Type: Contract or Full-Time\nPosition Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced SAP Test Management & Automation Lead with expertise in Test Management, SAP Cloud ALM Test Management, and Tricentis Tosca Test Automation to support a large-scale SAP implementation and transformation program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading test planning, test execution, test automation initiatives, and quality assurance activities across multiple SAP workstreams.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the overall test management function for SAP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.\nConfigure and administer SAP Cloud ALM Test Management capabilities, including test repositories, test plans, test execution cycles, defect tracking, and reporting.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases covering end-to-end business processes.\nDrive risk-based and requirements-based testing approaches while ensuring complete business process coverage.\nImplement and expand Tricentis Tosca test automation frameworks for SAP and non-SAP applications.\nIdentify automation candidates and increase automated test coverage to improve testing efficiency and quality.\nCoordinate and manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, and Cutover Validation activities.\nEnsure end-to-end traceability between requirements, business processes, test cases, defects, and validation deliverables.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and project managers to resolve defects and improve solution quality.\nDevelop testing metrics, dashboards, and status reports for project leadership.\nSupport release management and deployment readiness assessments.\nProvide guidance and mentoring to testing teams on SAP Cloud ALM and Tosca best practices.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of experience in SAP testing and quality management.\nHands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM Test Management.\nStrong experience with Tricentis Tosca Test Automation including test case design, execution lists, test data management, and automation maintenance.\nExperience leading testing activities for SAP projects, including ERP, S/4HANA, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, or related modules.\nStrong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and SAP Activate methodology.\nExperience managing defects and test execution across multiple project phases.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations.\nSAP Cloud ALM certification or practical implementation experience.\nTricentis Tosca certification.\nExperience integrating SAP Cloud ALM with other testing and project management tools.\nKnowledge of GxP, validation, or regulated-industry testing practices is a plus.\nKey Skills\nSAP Cloud ALM Test Management\nTest Strategy & Test Planning\nTricentis Tosca Automation\nTest Automation Frameworks\nDefect Management\nRequirements Traceability\nSystem Integration Testing (SIT)\nUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)\nRegression Testing\nSAP S/4HANA\nRisk-Based Testing\nQuality Assurance & Quality Management\nStakeholder Management\nIdeal Candidate: A hands-on SAP testing professional who can lead test management activities, leverage SAP Cloud ALM for end-to-end quality management, and drive automation using Tricentis Tosca to improve testing efficiency and project quality.\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
