determination, pricing, and billing processes.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.\nTroubleshoot production incidents, identify root causes, and provide timely resolution.\nHandle change requests, enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployment.\nPrepare functional specifications for developments, interfaces, reports, enhancements, and forms.\nCoordinate with ABAP, Basis, Security, Integration, and other functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements.\nSupport integration of SAP SM with relevant modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO, PM/CS and CRM, depending on the landscape.\nPerform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing and UAT support.\nSupport master data and transactional data-related issues.\nPrepare and maintain SOPs, functional documentation, configuration documents and knowledge-transfer documents.\nParticipate in incient, problem and change management processes within agreed SLAs.\nWork directly with business users to understand issues and recommend appropriate solutions.\nRequired Skills\nStrong hands-on experience in SAP Service Management / Customer Service processes.\nGood understanding of:\nService Notifications\nService Orders\nRepair Processing\nService Contracts\nWarranty Management\nEquipment and Functional Locations\nInstalled Base / Technical Objects\nService Pricing and Billing\nResource and Material Planning\nStrong understanding of integration with SAP SD, MM, FI/CO and PM/CS.\nExperience in SAP configuration and functional troubleshooting.\nAbility to prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.\nExperience working in AMS/support and/or implementation projects.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication
